The Knight Center offers a 24-hour fitness center, allowing you to wind up – or wind down – after a long day of hard work.
In addition to the beautiful scenic walking routes in the area and on the Washington University campus, our conference center has a 24-hour fitness center, allowing you to stay in shape. Features of our gym include:
Guests also can take advantage of the Gary M. Sumers Recreation Center located on the Washington University campus, just a short walk from the conference center. A special guest fee of $10.00 per person, per day, provides access to all recreational facilities during scheduled hours, including the Sumers Recreation Center, Millstone Pool, the Grimm Racquet Courts, and the Rec Locker Rooms. Additionally, access is complimentary to most BearFit group exercise classes and BearFit Beginnings classes. Passes can be purchased at the Front Desk. Hours are subject to change based upon university schedules.
